Conference room acoustics that make every conversation clear
Half the room asks for something to be repeated. The people on the call hear an echo behind every sentence. Most conference rooms are built to look sharp, but can fail to sound so. We design and build conference rooms where speech stays clear, reverberation is controlled, and unwanted noise stays out, so meetings stop working against the people in them.

Why conference room acoustics matter
Why conference room acoustics matter
Glass walls, bare ceilings, and hard flooring create uncontrolled reflections that can make voices sound blurred. Background noise from AC, adjacent rooms, corridors, or outside the building can make it even harder to follow a conversation. People strain, repeat themselves, and leave long meetings more tired than they should be.
At Spectral Synthesis, we treat conference rooms so speech stays clear. We control reverberation and reflections, manage background noise, and create a room that suits the brandโs aesthetics.

How we engineer conference room acoustics
How we engineer conference room acoustics
A small meeting room, executive boardroom, large conference hall, and video-conferencing room don't need the same solution. From assessing the room to installing the treatment, every decision is based on your space and vision.

Conference room acoustic consultation
We assess its size, surfaces, occupancy, HVAC noise, surrounding spaces, and conferencing technology. We identify where unwanted sound is coming from and then recommend the acoustic treatment it needs.

Conference room acoustic work
We custom-build acoustic elements in our own workshop and install them on site, integrating them into the room's architecture and finishes while maintaining the acoustic performance.

Conference room acoustic design
We develop a custom 3D acoustic design for the room, including reverberation control, reflection management, sound absorption, material selection, and the placement of acoustic elements. The acoustic treatment is developed alongside the interior design.

Proven across spaces where sound matters
Proven across spaces where sound matters
For over two decades, we have helped create spaces where sound is experienced rather than merely heard, from studios and auditoriums to meeting rooms that work.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
1. How can acoustics improve video conferences?
Microphones pick up the room along with the speaker's voice. Excessive reverberation and background noise can make the audio difficult for remote participants to understand. Acoustic treatment helps create a cleaner, more controlled environment for both the people in the room and those joining remotely.
2. Do we need soundproofing or acoustic treatment?
3. Will acoustic panels suit our interiors?
4. Can you treat a room that's already in use?
5. Do you work on meeting rooms and training centres in offices and hotels?

Make every meeting easier to hear
Share your room details and we'll take it from there. From the first assessment to the final panel, we handle the acoustics so conversations stay clear across the table and on the call.
